🔆The biggest Miracle for me is deep calm,  peace and  Presence.

One of the biggest, most noticeable and most important shifts is that I feel grounded, present and calm inside.*

I can be standing, sitting, on a walk, in a store, on the bus, talking to people, waking up, going to sleep, driving, or lying down…  I’m SO aware of a settled internal feeling. No anxiety, no shallow breathing, no worrying thoughts. Just deep calm and peace. Presence. For me, this is the biggest miracle. And it’s lasting, and I can count on it.

I  was diagnosed with ADHD about 1 1/2 yrs ago. About 8 months ago I was started on anti-anxiety for stress and anxiety. I quit it 4 months later. The pharmaceutical medication didn’t touch my chronic anxiety and stress. All I got from it was tinnitus.

Since my QFH Session working on Self-Love

My life feels altered in the best ways!!

My interactions with people are remarkable.

Strangers on the bus, in the store, in a hospital corridor…or my sweet niece, my daughter or a neighbor, the connection, the closeness, the love are strong & beautiful. Love is everywhere! 

A man in front of me in Trader Joe’s, as he walked away from the register, suddenly turned around and handed me a stunning bouquet of flowers, then rushed out. It was surreal! Magical! My guy friend was left scratching his head in wonder! 

I’ve been putting order in disorganized areas of my life- clothes, paperwork, food shelves… things are no longer leaving me lost and confused. I’m intentional about finishing things I start.  I put things away. I’m considering myself and my own needs for the first time. 

This is all brand new! 

If I’m lying in bed and feel chilly I actually do something about it rather then suffer. I pull the blanket up! Sounds crazy, I know. 

Getting things done, fixing things, now have given me a feeling of freedom, simplicity and celebration!

My QFH Session

Vollie gave me the gift of life…my own life. 

(She reminded me that I gave it to myself)

Vollie visited, gracefully and with permission, my soul’s prison. 

She unlocked the keyhole and lead me out. 

I was set free. 

Tears surfaced within seconds of hearing Vollie’s voice as our session 

began. Never have I felt so gotten, so understood, so seen and heard, 

without having said a single word. I never cry.

These were old tears, suppressed tears, hidden for years, 

decades, lifetimes…tears of my mother, my mother’s mother, and beyond.

Now tears set free! Free in the release of old injuries, old stories, 

old thoughts and patterns inhabiting my body, mind and soul... 

wounds from my childhood, from my family, my life, from my ancestors.

I had another incredibly powerful session with Vollie today. During the healing, I felt a wave of nausea and became aware of a lot of dense energy in my stomach that I had been trying to release on my own for a long time without success.
